William Bailey

About
Attorney William Bailey is proud to be a part of Tamburino Law Group in Minneapolis, where he focuses on handling criminal defense cases, including DWI defense. In the past, he has worked as a baseball and hockey coach from the youth through collegiate levels, which pointed him toward a career as a lawyer. This leadership role still influences him today as he develops creative defense strategies and guides clients through difficult cases. Overall, he has practiced in more than 60 counties in Minnesota and has argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
When working on a case, Attorney Bailey does his best to explain details to his clients without any heavy legalese that could confuse them. He also likes to show that he is “just a regular person” like everyone else, so they feel more comfortable as their case progresses. This familiar yet professional approach has allowed him to secure impressive wins throughout his career.
William was born and raised in Rosemount, Minnesota, and spent one semester at Hamline University in St. Paul before deciding to travel a bit. He went to the University of North Dakota to earn his degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Enjoying his higher education, he finished his J.D. at the UND School of Law. While he was in law school, he worked as a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney.
Shortly after graduation, Attorney Bailey began working as an immigration and criminal defense attorney. He decided to return home to Minnesota, though, and shifted his focus entirely to criminal defense in the process, which eventually brought him to the doors of Tamburino Law Group.
When he is not working, William likes to watch hockey and baseball, which reminds him of his days playing and coaching both sports. He also likes to golf to stay active. For quiet and relaxing days, he likes to spend time with his family and dog, oftentimes lakeside.
